Made with love by our neighbors in Rexburg, ID, Cloudveil only displays its color on the soft bloomy rind, opening to a thick fudgy layer and a luscious velvety core. Larks Meadow Farms handmakes each wheel of Cloudveil using thistle rennet and traditional techniques. Its flavor is unique to the terroir of Rexburg and the Snake Creek Mountains surrounding.
