Harvested using traditional pole-and-line methods, Ramón Peña’s Bonito del Norte is prepared with care and level of expertise honed from over a century of practice. To enjoy it requires little more than dunking a hunk of crusty bread and bringing in your favorite aged cheese, but we also like adding jams, marmalades, and dried fruit like apricot to mix.
