Small but mighty and perfectly balanced, these Silver Line mussels in escabeche are a classic way to satisfy any craving for sweet, sour, and savory seafood.

The mussels are grown on floating rafts called “baixas” in Galician estuaries, selected for size, quality, and freshness, debearded, hand-fried, and packed in a proprietary recipe of mandarin-colored escabeche (a blend of oil, vinegar, and vibrant spices). Enjoy on toothpicks, kettle-cooked potato chips or, toss with piping hot, crispy, roasted potatoes and your favorite fresh herbs.
