Savory, garlicky, with a gentle kiss of heat, these Silver Line mussels with garlic and chilli are a uniquely delicious way to enjoy Galician seafood.

The mussels are grown on floating rafts called “baixas” in Galician estuaries, selected for size, quality, and freshness, debearded, hand-fried, and packed in a proprietary sauce of fresh garlic and spicy cayenne pepper. Enjoy on salt and vinegar potato chips, or serve atop sushi rice with creamy pops of yolky Japanese mayo.
