In house blend of organic cane spirit and rye whiskey is macerated with whole cacao, cacao nibs, roots, herbs, and spices for months before being finished with Carignan wine from Broc Cellars and Takesumi Japanese salt. Together this creates a bouquet of baking spices to carry the bright, rich, and savory single origin Camino Verde cacao.
