Named after a famous French gastronome, Brillat Savarin is an enticing triple-creme with a bright, buttery paste that melts on the palate.
Created in the 1930’s in honor of Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin who once said “A dessert without cheese is a beauty with only one eye.” This rich cheese is produced year round, mainly in the Burgundy region, and aged 1-2 weeks.
MILK: pasteurized cow’s milk
TASTING: lactic, supple, bright, butter
