Description
Six months of aging in Caputo’s Cheese Caves helps develop nutty, wildflower-esque nuances to balance notes of barnyard and musk.
The sheep’s milk musk is juxtaposed with notes of caramelized grass and toasted nuts in a supple, tahini-like texture.
It should be a crime to serve this cheese even slightly chilled. Take full advantage of our affinage program by serving at room temperature.
