They are hauled from the waters off the north of Spain, hand-selected for quality and packed with care in Conservas de Cambados Galician facility. This tin boasts the largest of the small sardines on offer from Conservas de Cambados and like all their sardinillas we recommend serving them as the centerpiece of a grazing board and trading bites with sharp cheeses and tart, dried fruits.
