Description

These grinders are made with Aile Mexicano wood (Alnus Acuminata), to achieve the smoked finish (inspired by the kitchens of their grandmothers) a direct fire was burned with a blowtorch and for the final finish cocoa butter and almond oil were applied. Once the butter and oil are absorbed, the excesses are removed and finally the piece is polished to shine with a brush.
