Description
Roasted hazelnuts coated in hand-made butter toffee and tumbled in Dick Taylor’s single-origin dark chocolate—a confection crafted with the same precision as their award-winning bars.
Craft, Origin & Maker Story
Dick Taylor approaches confections with the same meticulous philosophy behind their bean-to-bar chocolate. Former woodworkers Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor began crafting chocolate using traditional European methods—long refining, careful roasting, and minimal ingredients. That ethos extends directly into these butter toffee hazelnuts.
They roast premium hazelnuts, coat them in a delicate hand-made butter toffee, and tumble them in layers of their 65% single-origin dark chocolate. The result is a three-part texture experience: crisp toffee, rich chocolate, and warm, aromatic hazelnut. Nothing about this resembles industrial candy—it’s confectionery elevated through true craft.

Why We Love It (Caputo’s Perspective)
Chocolate-covered nuts are common; exceptional chocolate-covered nuts are rare. The toffee here is light and breakable, never hard. The chocolate is true bean-to-bar. The balance is perfect. We hand this to customers when we want to show how craft methods transform something familiar into something remarkable.
