Park City Creamery, located just over the Wasatch mountains from Salt Lake, is home to verdant pastures and rolling mountain hillsides of green. Utah raised cows impart the flavor of our local mountains into this small format version of traditional french brie that we’re proud to call a food from our home.
MILK: pasteurized cow’s milk

SERVING: baked and melted over hearty bread, served with pickles, fresh veggies, and meats
