Cow, sheep, and goat’s milk blend called La Tur, or "The Tower," comes to us from mid-sized cheese producers, Caseficio dell'Alta Langa, near Alba in northern Italy. 

  • Very young cheese is aged fewer than two weeks after production
  • Dense yet creamy texture, with a thin outer rind, adding a little pungency to the rich flavors of the cheese
  • Flavors of all three milks work in harmony to produce a tangy, creamy and mildly gamey taste
To serve, apply liberally, rind and all, on slices of baguette and enjoy with a glass of Pinot Noir. The wine plays well with the creamy paste of the cheese and the acidity of the goat's milk.
