Located less than an hour north of Salt Lake City, Utah, Beehive Cheese calls Ogden home. Promontory is used as their “mother” cheese for all other rubbed versions, including their famously delicious Barely Buzzed. Those in the know will share that our Caputo’s House Cheddar starts as a wheel of Promontory too!
MILK: pasteurized cow’s milk
